Maybe you do just need to escape from reality for a while. Step out of the picture and be somebody else for a while. Its been a really rough patch for you, and you both deserve a big break. Even if its going away after you finish marking, or renting a whole lot of dvds, switching off the phones and watching something mind-numbing.
